Matters arising from previous minutes:-ĥ.1 The Council had agreed to buy an “Honesty Box” inviting donations towards the maintenance of the Green from those using the car park by Dockray Green. Declarations of interest by Councillors/ requests for dispensation.Ĥ.1 No Councillors needed to update their declaration.Ĥ.2 None declared any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature.Ĥ.3 None declared any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda and their nature.Ĥ.4 The Clerk reported that no dispensation had been sought or granted.ĥ. The Minutes of the meeting on 4th July 2022 were approved as circulated (but amended, in the third paragraph of item 9, to delete “has been stifled by one of the landowners whose approval was crucial” and inserting “not possible at the present time”) and signed as a true record.ģ.
